1. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information

Hola Browser firmly believes that the fundamental privacy rights should not differ depending on where you live in the world. Any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual, in particular by reference to the individual's name, identification number, location data, and online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental of that natural person will be treated as "Personal Information" by Hola Browser, regardless of where such natural person lives.

(2) Hola Browser main business functions and collection usage scenarios
The main business function of Software is to provide you with web search and browsing, download function, file management, Status Saver function and weather function.
1. Provide you with web search and browsing services
You can search and browse websites or videos through Services, and you can also use the collection function through Services. We save your search records, website browsing records, and website favorite records locally so that you can save your records. You can quickly find the websites you have browsed and favorite URLs. You can delete them through the settings in the product.
When you use the scan function, we will call your camera permission. If you refuse to grant such permission, you will not be able to use the scan function normally. You can manage your permissions at any time through Phone Settings>Application Management>Hola Browser>Camera Permissions, and the paths of different devices may be slightly different.
When you are browsing, you can download the content you are interested in through Services. After the download is complete, we will record your download history for your review. At the same time, you can manage the downloaded files through Services. When you use the file management service, this service will show you the downloaded applications, which can be installed and opened through Services. At this point we will call your mobile phone storage permissions. This permission is required for download functionality. You can manage your authorization at any time through Phone Settings>Application Management>Hola Browser>Storage Permissions. Paths may vary slightly for different devices.
2. Provide you with the Status Saver feature
If you are a Whatsapp user, the Status Saver function can help you save the status of the Whatsapp application that has been cached in your device through Hola Browser to the local storage space, so that you can view it at any time. At this point we will call your mobile phone storage permissions. This permission is required for download functionality. You can manage your authorization at any time through Phone Settings>Application Management>Hola Browser>Storage Permissions, and the paths of different devices may be slightly different.
3. Provide you with weather services
You can enable the weather service in Hi Browse. In order to provide you with local weather information, we need to obtain your fuzzy geographic location information. At this time, we will call your geographic location permission, which is necessary for this function. You can manage your permission grant through mobile phone settings > application management > Hola Browser at any time, and the path of different devices may be slightly different.
4. Provide you with advertising and marketing services
During your use of Hola Browser's products and services, our advertising partners may collect your device usage information, advertising interaction information, and show you relevant promotional content (including more relevant personalized advertising content). We will strictly protect your privacy during this process. Our partners may combine the above information with other information (including information across different services or devices such as computers, mobile phones and other connected devices) to provide and improve the quality of advertising services. 5. Improving our products or services
In order to ensure that you can use our products and services normally and provide you with comprehensive after-sales service, we will collect information about your device and SIM card, including:

If you encounter any problems during use, you can contact us through our online customer service and ask for help. However, we may not grant your deleting request in some situations, for example, if you ask us to delete your transaction data when Hola Browser is legally obligated to keep a record of that transaction to comply with the applicable local law. Please also kindly note that if you request to delete your information from our products and services, we may not remove the corresponding information from the backup system immediately due to some applicable local laws and technological limitations, however, we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until the backup is updating or can be deleted or be made anonymous.
3. Right to withdraw consent: To achieve the respective features of our various products or services, we will require necessary personal information in accordance with the applicable local laws. This is described in the "How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information" part of this Policy. You can withdraw your consent previously granted to us for a specific purpose by deleting information, turning off device features, and requesting to withdraw consent, including the collection, use and/or disclosure of your personal information that we manage or control. Unless otherwise specifically required by the laws applicable in your region, we will delete the corresponding personal data under your account at the same time.
